This program is volunteer-run and funded by the BHS PTSO. Many thanks for the parent donations that make this and other PTSO programs possible to support students. Please consider donating to our annual appeal to help us continue to offer our programming.

Lights Brigade

Hello, Belmont Parents! Next Monday (11/3) at 3:30pm there will be a Lights Brigade at the intersection of Goden and Concord, right by the Belmont Middle and High School sign. Volunteers be giving out bike lights to folks on bikes that don't already have lights until we run out, so if your child rides to BMHS and doesn't have lights, this is a good opportunity!

There will also be some swag from our friends at MassBike, a small collection of free helmets courtesy of the Belmont Police Department, stickers, and more (which we are happy to give out to folks who don't have a bike or already have lights). Hope to see you there!

Annual Appeal

The PTSO is proud to contribute vital support and vibrant programming for BHS students, parents, teachers, staff, and the community. We would love for you to join us in our efforts and support our Annual Fundraising Appeal!

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to strengthen our community. A suggested contribution of $100 per family will go a long way toward helping us achieve our goals. However, any amount, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated, and all donations are entirely voluntary.

Your generous donations support:

  • Student club grants to support student activities
  • Parent speaker series
  • Student appreciation events such as Hot Chocolate Day, Petting Zoo Day, and therapy dogs
  • Teacher and staff appreciation
  • Educator reimbursements to support students (e.g., equipment, supplies)
  • Community building events for parents
  • Events such as the New Student Orientation Luncheon

Your support helps make these programs possible.
