Dear BHS Students and Families,

A big thank you to the student council, main office staff, admin team, custodians, and the whole BHS community for a successful community day this past Wednesday. This is the second year for the March community day, and it was bigger, better, and busier than ever! Following the pep rally, the students beat the staff by 3 points at the annual staff v student basketball game- staff are looking forward to a comeback next year!

PSAT For Sophomores

Give your Sophomore student a PSAT practice run with Revolution Prep. These exams mirror the official test format, timing, and tools—like the on-screen graphing calculator, digital notes, and answer elimination.

 Why This Matters

After the exam, you’ll meet with a Revolution Prep testing expert for a 30-minute score review. This is where families unlock their student’s testing strategy—which test fits best, when to take it, and whether a class or tutoring is the strongest next step.

Game + Puzzle Club

The Game + Puzzle Club created and ran a puzzle hunt for Community Day on March 11th! We want to thank everyone who participated—it was awesome to introduce students to the exciting world of puzzles, and we really enjoyed seeing tons of enthusiasm and collaboration in solving the puzzles! We would also like to thank the Student Government for providing generous gift card prizes and helping make this activity happen, and all the teachers who helped run the activity in their classes (sorry about any confusion/technical difficulties). We hope many of you will participate in a larger school-wide puzzle hunt that we are running sometime in the next few months—stay tuned for more details! In case you missed it or just want to take a look again at the puzzles, we have added them (along with a document of solutions) to this folder (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/18iKq8jZ4IZu1bkEiDxLW9hTG2TI83sWq).

Congratulations to the top five fastest classes to finish the puzzle hunt!

In 1st place, Mr. Loosmann’s class, with a solve time of 10:51

In 2nd place, Ms. Saxena’s class, with a solve time of 11:55

In 3rd place, Mx. Baron’s class, with a solve time of 13:23

In 4th place, Ms. Schoenberg’s class, with a solve time of 13:32

In 5th place, Mr. Reynolds’ (PE) class, with a solve time of 14:42
