Chenery Swag

Browse now - Buy in 2 weeks!

We’re excited to bring you a range of *new* Chenery Spirit Wear so you can show your pride for CUE around Belmont and beyond!

Bonus: every clothing item you purchase brings a small donation to the CUE PTO to support our students and staff.

There’s an adult range too, so we can all spread some Chenery cheer :)

Hint: if you have a rising 4th grader, buy them some Chenery Swag now so they can start at CUE already feeling like part of the Chenery team!

HOW TO ORDER

The online store will open on Monday March 16

You’ll have until April 6 to buy - that’s three weeks of deciding time.

We’re making things easy:

  • Order and pay online.
  • Check your size via measurements listed on the online store (see ‘Size Guide’ above the size selection box for each item)
  • Or come to Trivia Night at CUE on March 20 where you can try on unbranded samples and scan a QR code to order right away.
  • Orders will be available for pickup at Champions in Belmont Center (54 Leonard St) in early May

The hard part: deciding between a hoodie or plaid flannel pants…so why not just get matching sets for the whole family?!

PS We'll remind you when the store opens...and is about to close

Science Fair

Congratulations to all the CUE Scientists who showcased their experiments; to the PTO volunteers who brought the Science Fair to life; and to everyone who came to learn, admire and join in!

The cafeteria was buzzing with homemade bath bombs, recommendations for the cleanest soap, colorful growing crystals, airplane art...and even a legit scientific excuse to eat Skittles!

Meet the Board…Part 2!

Here’s another duo of wonderful Board members explaining what prompted them to help out with the PTO and what they’re getting out of it personally.

Come along to the next PTO Events and Meetings to get a feel for how things work - we’d love to have you on board :)

Galdy Haces

Secretary

Me / What I Do for the PTO…

I have two daughters at CUE and one at Winn Brook. I run my own company and really enjoy being involved in our community.

The Secretary role can be low commitment— taking notes at a few meetings a year—but it also leaves room to volunteer in other activities as your schedule allows.

I joined the PTO because…

In my first year at CUE I didn’t fully understand how the school worked and couldn’t find clear information, so I wanted to contribute and help future families have a better experience. As a non-American new to Belmont, it was also a chance to make new connections and create a sense of belonging in our adopted hometown.

I’m glad I did because…

I’ve met wonderful people and made amazing friendships!

Lee O'Neill

Treasurer

Me / What I Do for the PTO…

I have one son in 4th grade at the CUE. I’m a chief of staff at a nonprofit biomedical research institute, so I like organizing and helping groups reach their goals. As treasurer, I lead the Finance team in balancing the PTO’s budget and ensuring we’re being responsible stewards of the community’s generously donated resources.

I joined the PTO because…

I wanted to stay abreast of what’s happening at my child’s school and help the CUE continue to transition into a positive elementary experience.

I’m glad I did because…

I get to work with great people and feel like I’m making a difference!

I'm interested in helping the PTO next school year :)

See you all soon!!
