We asked - you answered! Huge thanks to all those who’ve been in touch with offers to help the PTO.
The Board has grown (welcome to Co-President Sheena and Treasurer Lee!) and we’re looking forward to making this a great year of community moments at CUE.
Come and join the action!
Whether you have a particular interest, or just want to be on our Contacts List to help out here and there (in person or remotely), we'd love to hear from you! Expressing interest does NOT mean you’re tied into any commitment - it just means you won't miss out :)
So don't be shy - say hello: CheneryPTO@gmail.com
And watch this space for our CUE PTO Volunteer Interest Form which will spell out the different volunteer opportunities and help you decide where you might like to pitch in.
A reminder of What The PTO Is All About...
The CUE Parent-Teacher Organization is run by parent volunteers - its main aim is to support and connect our school community of staff and families, and help enrich students’ educational experience.
That means:
Organizing and funding events like In-School Enrichment (field trips, author visits), After School Enrichment (like craft clubs), grade-level Parties, Field Days, Science Fair, Multicultural Night, Staff Appreciation, Coffee Meets with The Principal, and more…
Supplying teachers with classroom needs (hello, tissues and recess toys!)
Keeping our CUE Community connected and up to date on events and deadlines
The PTO is not a club you sign up for with a membership - you automatically belong and benefit from all the events and support that the PTO provides to help turn our children’s school experience from good to great.
But we can’t do all the good stuff without your help - whether that’s by contributing time, expertise or donations. Keep scrolling to learn how to contribute to the CUE PTO Funds...⤵️
