The CUE PTO Team 🐾
CUE PTO After School Enrichment is an optional program of fun extracurricular activities for Chenery students - it's an easy, sociable way to explore a wide range of hobbies, like crochet, coding or chess - you can even make Harry Potter potions!
It’s also a great way to hang out with friends from other classes/teams who students may not get to see during the school day.
Registration opens on Monday Sept 22 at 7am (and closes midnight Oct 3). Activities start on Tuesday Oct 14.

How Does It Work?
The program is organized by PTO volunteers, who liaise with CUE teachers to run the activities at Chenery.
Each session of ASEs runs for 8 weeks, with 3 sessions per school year (Fall, Winter & Spring).
Each ASE activity runs once a week and ends at either 3.30pm or 4pm
How Much Does It Cost?
The 60-minute program fee is $185
The 90-minute program fee is $260
(These fees are higher than last year because each session now includes 2 extra classes, lasting 8 instead of 6 weeks)

Multicultural Night is coming to Chenery!
Friday October 17, 6.30-8.30pm in the Cafeteria.
This is such a fun night! We would love for families to share their cultures with the CUE Community so we can all discover and celebrate together.
If interested, please sign up here to host a table and learn more.
You may choose to bring special food to share; offer craft activities or a quiz to showcase your culture; or display traditional items or dress up in national costume… It’s your chance to get creative!
Every culture is special and EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Book your calendars and join the fun :)
Belmont Schools recently sent an email: "CHENERY UPPER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: Please verify information for [student’s name]”
For your contact information to be included in the CUE PTO Directory, you need to:
Choose to opt IN to include your contact information
Submit the form by Wed October 1
On the second page of the form there is a section “Directory”.
To be included in the directory you need to select “Yes”! ⤵️
CUE PTO volunteers are working hard to make the CUE Directory happen this year - watch out for it later this Fall!
Stop by Moozy’s anytime 4-8pm on Friday Sept 26 and mention Chenery when you order from their ice cream or food menu - and Moozy’s will generously make a donation to the CUE PTO!
Basically we’re giving you the best excuse to ‘need’ an ice cream….(you’re welcome ;))
