STEM Night - 3/20

Winn Brook STEM night is fast approaching and we need your help to make it a success! Volunteer to run a demo table and teach our Winn Brook students the joy of STEM! Options to volunteer include running an already prepared demo or if you have a great idea that you’d like to share, then volunteer for a “your choice” table. Reach out to Katy Yang (yang.s.katy@gmail.com) with any questions.

Third Grade Parents: Submit Photos for the Yearbook

We are assembling a yearbook for our third graders that will include photos of our students from school events over the last 4 years. These parent-submitted photos will complement the formal school portraits from Hayward Photography. Please use this form to share Winn Brook photos of your third graders and their classmates by Friday, March 21. Thanks for your help making this special memory book for our children!

Celebrating What We Do Best

First Grade Enrichment - Author Jamie Deenihan

First grade had a delightful and captivating enrichment visit with author, Jamie Deenihan, who is a former first grade teacher herself. Ms. Deenihan is the author of When Grandma Gives You a Lemon Tree and When Grandpa Gives you a Toolbox among other children’s books. She shared with the kids how you write a book, the role of authors and editors, and the joy of story writing. Thank you to First Grade Enrichment Coordinator Sarah Kurz for organizing this event!
